ADN Transformation-Day

With the ADN Transformation Day 2026, Vivamo carried out its first project for ADN Advanced Digital Network Distribution GmbH – taking on the complete conception and implementation of the annual networking event. Following an initial face-to-face meeting, a trusting working relationship quickly developed. Vivamo was responsible for all phases of the project, from the initial consultation through the design concept and detailed planning right through to assembly, event support and dismantling. At the Messe-Center Ost next to the Grugahalle in Essen, this resulted in a versatile event landscape featuring manufacturer stands, community areas, stage and conference areas, as well as food and catering areas for around 600 trade visitors.

The greatest challenge was to realise the entire event format, with its numerous exhibitors, technical partners and trades, within just one day of set-up. This required a well-thought-out modular concept that combined efficient logistics, flexible spatial design and perfectly coordinated workflows. Together with our partners, we were able to carry out the set-up precisely and on schedule.

The result was a high-quality event that combined information, discussion and networking in a modern atmosphere. For Vivamo, the project also marked a successful start to our collaboration with ADN and laid the foundations for a partnership that we look forward to building on further at future events.
